For what its worth. One of the best skippers I've been out with in the past 30 years is Ian Taylor from Bridlington. I thought he may of retired by now, but he's still listed. IF you can get out with him, it might open your eyes to what boat fishing should be like. ( Look at the Cod photo's in my album at the top of the home page!)
My 34lb Cod pales at the best fish to be dragged over Ians boat gunnel. A Ling weighing 59lb 8oz!!!

hi chaps i cant make the meet but if your fishing sat evening tide i might pop over for a few hours. did you manage to get booked on the boat at all.

I've been told that the beach at ulrome is good for flattie's eels and bass also sole
