Was down there today and a notice was posted up stating that the wall from the roundabout to princess way is closed off for the Northwest leg of the Rally? what rally i dont know but it will be closed Feb 5th 1700 - 1900

Apparently they've recruited a whole army of jobs-worths to book the rally drivers.
