Help finding a good 10ft three piece pier rod.

Post  4wheelfisherman on Fri May 21, 2010 2:30 am

I need a rod for fishing off North pier that is in three pieces or more as its a pain getting my two piece 12ft rod in and out of the car.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks
Chris

Have you checked the tides dont mean to teach you to suck eggs but you gonna be fishing after high down through low the worst time !!!!!!!!!! sorry if this was bloody obvious but people make basic mistakes like this all the time and wonder why they dont catch you have to work round the tides

Fishing in Fleetwood

Post  4wheelfisherman on Fri May 21, 2010 8:58 am

Just been fishing with Birdy and mates. Fantastic. The man knows heaps about sea fishing. Learned more tonight than I ever new, thanks Birdy.

Off fishing Wednesday and trying out a new rod so hope it does the job. By the way Birdy, what make is the rod so I can have a read up about it.

Thanks again for today.
