I didn't manage to get fishing but I did pop down for an hour or so to say hello to Wijonty, Mr & Mrs Corectus, Kingcrab, Weaver Queen & Tink.
Lovely evening so plenty of rods out along the Prom from Fylde Boat Club through to Cleveleys, and the same story all along........ loads of doggies and whiting from pins to keepers.
Here's a few piccies of the fish caught whilst I was there:

Kingcrab starts with a triple .... doggy and 2 whiting:

Mrs C's happy with Clive's whiting:

Tink pulls in a double:

2 good whiting for Kingcrab:

Kingcrab again with a doggy:

Fresh & frozen lug and mackerel seemed to be doing the trick. Jonty wasn't having much luck with the salted lug.
No doubt the lads and lasses will complete the report!

Well done all cheers
Steve

Cant you tell Andy was really chuffed with that doggie lol!
well none of us blanked which was good, Ali and myself had 11 Whiting and a Rockling, Clive and the boss also got a couple and Jonty got a keeper, it was a very good night and for Alison and myself it was our first double figure session,. we left about 2330 ( kebab shop was calling and we obeyed )
I am looking forward to tomorrows ( Sat ) session, hoping to have as good a night as tonites Whiting session

What a nights fishing, what can i say the weather conditions was just perfect and our company was even better. four Whiting for myself Mrs C was not fishing Razz started with frozen lug on both rods then onto two strips of whiting fillets on one rod and other rod with lug, the bites was unreal what was getting on the one with whiting fillets just wished could of hit them Evil or Very Mad but tommorrows another day Very Happy would like to say thanks to Andy (Kingcrab) for the tips yet again come away with more knowledge from a meet not to mention Tink. Just a perfect night Cool
Steve (Moscowmale) came along just in time to take a few piccys of Andy's (Kingcrab) first catch of the night and what a catch it was, as you can see in the pictures above Very Happy Happy day for everyone as Tink said "no one blanked". Dont come much better than that Question we left about midnight happy smiley faces all round Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Once again I do apologise for the lack of pictures dew to technical problems Mad

Hi Guys (and gals) looks like you all had a decent nights fishing was hoping to join u but did not have the time to drive down, managed to get another couple of hours on morecambe jetty. had 1 small codling 1 flounder and 1 big doggie but battery went flat on headlight so called it a do,funny no whiting caught but bait stripped every time so possible a lot of smaller ones about. Hope to get down to fylde sometime next week. Happy hunting. Mike
