Reel advice needed

Hi All, I am looking to progress onto multi's for the first time and need your thoughts on this reel. It's an Abu Ambassadeur 6500 C3 CT Power Handle Reel which is advertised for £60 brand new. Is it a decent reel for a novice to get used to?

Any advice will be most welcome.

6500 C3 CT magalite £65 post included if not leave it, top reel

Got my reel now I just need to get out and use it!!!!!

Another week or so and I shall have a bit of free time.

Well my new abu 6500c3 ct is winging it's way back to the supplier as the drive shaft threads have stripped!!! I've only used the reel 3 times and it has never been dismantled from purchasing it, am I just unlucky or what? So for the moment until the replacement is sent I am back on the coffee grinder Mad

practice practice practice // no jonty you were doin well last night just dont let the reel run to fast till you get used to it mate
