Re: September Meet
LOL Clive, glad to see you've over-ruled Mrs C
Cloughie and I are fine for that weekend, but I can't do the remainder of September.
Frank, what about that camp site you pointed out near Pensarn (one with the castle)? Hopefully it will be quiet with the kids back at school..... and we'll need it as the high tide on Friday night is 23.42 and Saturday night is 00.12 (Sunday morning).
I can see a lot of hungry people at 3am in the morning, so I suggest we do a "forum bar-b-que" instead of chasing around Llandudno looking for a kebab house

Camp Sites
Hi Seve I might go and have a reccy this weekend but at the end of the day that site at pensarn was ok just the toilets were a bit crap but there was no stuffy rules etc and they left us alone
the bbq idea sounds good but we could go one better if we had electirc just take a microwave
but the supermarket is not far away so we could have a bbq during the day the best fishing is at night and the times and tides are just right for us. With it being late night finishes it might be better cooking with a m/wave rather than waking people up with a bbq.

Re: September Meet
Has a campsite been decided on? i went to henllys in towyn if you dont want electrics you can pitch where you want and no one bothered us the showers and toilets were clean and showers are free heres a link http://ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=1104
also we stayed at aberfon campsite in Caernarfon which is right on the beach but its very rocky with 1 spot which is clear for launching boats from the main toilet and shower block were clean but you had to pay for the showers heres a link for that one http://ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=2631
Hope these maybe of use to someone i may even get down yet myself all depends on wether i'm going for a week on the 12th or not
Cheers dave
