Has Anyone Seen Little Andy From Blackburn?

Hi Guys, (and Guyesses)

Does anyone on here rmember little Andy from Blackburn. I can only describe him as about 5ft 3inch tall and lets be generous....er.....'portly' (ok, fat). He used to wear the most horrendous shorts in the summer. Always in a betting shop. You could hear him from 500yards (i refuse to go metric) away. He had 2 tatty looking dogs with him and he had a newish white small ford van. Havnt seen him for ages.

Any ideas??????
