Alternatively, mug an old dear for her mobility scooter, respray it and fit it out to carry all your kit from the Anchorsholme, Norbreck, Red Bank Road or Gynn Square access points.
UK-sea-fishing.org stickers are optional.
lmao!!!!!! hmmm but ain't that illegal if you get caught??
and are you respraying the scooter in pink and adding lots of mirrors as well

im sorry guys the councilor i spoke to hasent got back to me but i will contact him.
It seems the problem has been from the public reporting cars being driven on the lower wall and if
blackpool council recive complaints from the public they have to act and the signs ( permit holders only )
will apply to emergency vechicals only im not sure what sort of a fine they can empose yet but i will find out
no members of the public will be able to apply for permits that would make it pointless putting up the signs
i will update this post on monday when i have spoken to cllr peter callow

Re: parking on the lower wall blackpool
i think i know why they are going to do the no parking thing, the other day whilst collecting bait for this weeks night fishing, several little boys in their little toys were impressing thier schoolie mates and leaving rubber on the prom, apparantly they are at it most nights and the public are getting pI$$ed off with them, so its the few that spoil it for the rest
