Summer 2011.

I've just been viewing the satellite gained sea surface water temperature graphs for this week and the same week in 2010.
The view clearly depicts a significant increase in surface temperature over the same time last year.
The last time I witnessed such a change was in 2006, the last good summer we experienced.
Fingers crossed.
