Fishing Saturday Evening 20.11.10.

Hi all,

Fished Princes Walk Saturday evening tide. Opened my box to discover I'd only brought one reel with me, damned annoyed seeing as I'd taken 2 rods, From the first cast till the last the rod tip never stopped, dabs at first, then the whiting started, small at first but as the tide got nearer to high they got bigger finishing off with a few decent size fish. About an hour after HT the whiting disappeared and the dabs started again. Totals 9 dabs (and I missed a few) and 17 whiting (again I missed a good few) I was totally fu**ed at the end of the night with a painfull back and a VERY aching shoulder. Still, beats sitting there for hours and the rod tip doesnt move a midges.... Tell you what, Im glad I left my other reel at home, I couldnt have coped with 2 rods going like that all night.

Well done ian im the same mate but i don't like it to busy your right one rod would be enough i fished two rods fri night and i never stopped
only just time to roll a fag but there is i suppose one good thing it stops you getting cold. A good night mate well done,
im out again tonight hunting the codlin back to the same place as friday hoping for another 2 pounder with a bit of luck
