Static caravan for sale

Hi all, if anybody is interested I have a static caravan for sale, it is sited at Morecambes Venture Park. The caravan is a 30' X 10' Atlas Sahara, 1 double bedroom , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, double pull out bed in living area. It is only 7 years old and I had new decking built last year, it comes with 3 Keter sheds, 1 has plumbed in washer and one of the sheds is 6 x 4 so large enough for all tackle. It is situated on a quiet part of the park but very handy for the clubhouse. There is a childrens swimming pool on site as well as 2 childrens playgrounds, the club has entertainment throughout the season. The site fees are paid until Feb 11 and the site is open from 1 Mar to early Jan. Gerrys tackle is 5 min drive away. The caravan is fitted with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. I need to sell the van so I believe the asking price of £9500 is an absolute bargain! If anyone is interested or wants more info send me a PM. Mike
