I thought this may be of some interest i will be fishing it and its not as if its somewhere strange we have all fished this area before it could turn out

Details of Blackpool summer fishing festival Date sunday 15th august Draw time 10.OOam - 12.00am ( held at uncle toms cabin public house north promenade , food + refreshments available + free parking ) Fishing time 1pm-5pm , venue north promenade gynn square north to princess parade . Presentation and FREE raffle draw 6pm onwards , at uncle toms cabin . Entry fee £8 , £1 of all entrys donated to RNLI , free raffle Juniors competition under 16 FREE entry , prizes for top 3 anglers Prize for top lady angler . Everyone welcome , families , juniors ,disabled anglers ( please register as disabled ) PRE BOOKED TICKETS ONLY All enquiries West coast tackle tel 01253 851001 , email pad@westcoasttackle.fsnet.co.uk

Fish so far in 2010; Codling, Flounder, Plaice, Plaice/Flounder hybrid, And god knows how many LSD i'm KC reg'd, EEL, Whiting. 7LB Thornback Ray, Tope, Bass, Dabs and a lot of hope
2011 Catch: 11LB Thornback Ray, Tope, Whiting, Dab, LSD. and that was it!
2012 Catch: to be announced
