report Bridlington Camping / Fishing Forum Meet 16th 17th & 18th July 2010

shame more didnt make it but we still had a good weekend and a chance to use the new tent.
the fishing was hard going because the water was so clouded danny had 1 bass 1 had 1 flatty and a whiting.

You couldn't have been any closer to the beach shame there wasnt more fish for you.

I've stayed here a few times over the years and michelle loves the place.The fishing was poor i stayed on an extra day and still managed to blank again Laughing were planning another trip soon and plan to fish a few more marks next time.Chris that noise on the car is the shock absorber so i've got to get that done Mad

Nice photos, shame the fishing was poor, but that seems to be the trend at the moment for the whole country.

Fish so far in 2010; Codling, Flounder, Plaice, Plaice/Flounder hybrid, And god knows how many LSD i'm KC reg'd, EEL, Whiting. 7LB Thornback Ray, Tope, Bass, Dabs and a lot of hope Very Happy

2011 Catch: 11LB Thornback Ray, Tope, Whiting, Dab, LSD. and that was it!

2012 Catch: 2 LSD, 1 Dab

All hail the people who man the Boats of the RLNI, real heroes who volunteer to go out in any weather!

Nigel it seems quite expensive for what it is but the view make up for the lack of a pub and stuff like that.We have been using this site for about 6 years and my girlfriend loves it if you don't want electrics you can pitch where we did.It worked ou at £15.20 for 2 of us per night its about an extra £2.40 per night for electric

nice photos guys your eight the view was quite good it looks like you could have
cast in from your tent. sorry i couldent make it i didnt have any transport the
car went in for service thur and came out sat morning was gutted had everything
ready in the van but no car to pull it i even considerd bringing the tent with the
loan car but they needed it back i will try that site maybe later this year looks a
good spot
