Re: Report Colwyn Bay Fishing Forum Meet May 2010
Colwyn Bay came up trumps again a fantastic 4 days / nights fishing the camp Dinarh Hall was right in the middle of every where we wanted to fish short distance to every mark we were made to feel very welcome nice clean toilets and lovely hot showers ( FREE ) . As the Mackeral and Bass had not come in yet the day time fishing was poor but at night it was a different story Jonty is now known as King of the Whitting he just couldnt stop catching them 9 Sunday night and 14 Monday night. Myself and Ron had our share but nowhere near Jonty's. It was great to see Dave again and he bought along Declan & Lewis they had a great weekend and also caught loads...
The Camp

Friday night we were on the sea front at Rhos on Sea

This Whitting was having a nibble at Jonty's finger

Jonty's Doggie

Everyone was catching fish just didn't have time to take all the photos

My Double header

Saturday Night we hit Llanduno beach

A Doggie and a Bull Huss double header

Sunday Night we fished near the pier at Colwyn Bay

Then Jonty started we just could'nt keep up with him

Monday Night we went back to Rhos on Sea

My Bed and was I glad to get into it every night

BBQ time and time to reflect on a great weekend thanks to everyone who turnd up it was good seeing you all again ... What a great bunch of lads...its nice to know you all
