I like the golf ball/gemini weight!
The Brighton Cast is used when you haven't got much room behind you i.e. as on a pier.
I used to use it on Blackpool North Pier jetty ............. but that's probably before your time Rob

Knew i was doing something wrong, i use the Brighton cast in Fleetwood, maybe i should be using the Fleetwood cast instead

I used it too in Blackpool
as I said though never did I think I'd be in Brighton...hope the fishies are impressed enough to eat my hook
