Strong southerly and tide ripping to the south, Every time we cast out, wind and tide pulling line and weight to the right. Even with big weight on and a 140 yard cast still pulling weight in. Reckon we were only fishing 50 yards out max when weight settled. Col caught 2 schooly bass and me 1 (at least the bass were back on). Only 3 bites all day. Any of you old sea salts give us any advice ...
